On February 11, 2010, at the Golf Industry Show, Doug Carrick, ASGCA was interviewed by Chris Murch of WS Radio in a segment profiling the American Society of Golf Course Architects (ASGCA).
Carrick defined ASGCA as a group of “the best golf designers in the world,” and spoke of the organization’s focus on education and professional development for its members. He also addressed how tough economic conditions have affected course designs; the relationships between professional golfers and course architects; and how ASGCA and its members are addressing environmental concerns.
