Bryce graduated from Iowa State University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture. After his graduation, he landed a job as a Designer at William James Spear & Associates. In 1996 he became a Designer/Project Architect at Hale Irwin Golf Design until 1999. It was in 1999 that he was hired by Rees Jones, Inc. where that he continues to work today as Senior Designer and Vice President. Bryce enjoys designing golf courses that are challenging, but also fun and interesting to play time and time again. A mixture of innovative style and traditional design is how Bryce would label the golf courses he designs. In 2010 he was named to "Golf's 40 under 40: The 40 most influential people in golf under 40 years old," one of three golf course architects on the list.
