Gary Browning is the founding principal of Browning Design Inc., a landscape architectural and golf course design consulting firm based in Alberta, Canada, with offices in both major cities Calgary and Edmonton. Gary’s background in landscape architecture coupled with his graduate degree in environmental planning has made him a particularly strong designer with an emphasis on environmental values.  His small consulting firm of talented designers has balanced their workload between landscape architectural and golf course design projects over the last 3 decades.

Although the focus of Gary’s practice has been Western Canada, he has also worked internationally in the United States, the island of Guam, Mainland China and Indonesia. He has over 30 years of experience in the landscape architectural profession with specific expertise in the areas of resort planning and design, master planning, landscape design and golf course architecture.
