Paul has been instrumental in the design of the following golf courses. He provided the routing and construction drawings for all of them while overseeing the field design and construction of the majority. Most of the courses were built while working with the Love brothers, Davis and Mark, in his position as the Senior Design Associate for Love Golf Design. Paul has also designed and created courses with PGA Tour Pro Lanny Wadkins of the Wadkins Design Group, and PGA/Champions Tour Pro Freddie Couples. Paul is President of Linksland Inc, a corporation he founded in 1991 to provide Land Planning and Golf Course Design and Construction services. Utilizing his planning skills, Paul was also responsible for creating the Master and Land Plans for all of the following Golf Community and Resort Course development areas. He also provided the architectural plans for two of the clubhouse complexes. Currently, Paul is providing Project Management services and building Tiger Wood's new El Cardonal GC at the Diamante Cabo San Lucas Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This is the second course at the resort alongside the Diamante Dunes Course, Paul's previously designed course that is currently ranked #58 in the world (Golf Magazine Top 100 World Courses/2012).
