Bob graduated from East Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in 1971. He was employed by Club Corporation of America from 1972-1974 and served as a construction superintendent. In 1974, he joined the Arnold Palmer Organization, under Ed Seay, as a design associate with Palmer Course Design Company. In 1986, he opened his own firm, Robert C. Walker, Inc. Bob has more than 40 years of experience with over 160 projects that span more than 23 states and seven countries. He is a firm believer in the "hands-on" approach and doesn't mind getting dirty on the job. As an avid golfer and professional golf course designer, he is dedicated to creating golf courses of the very highest quality.
