ASGCA's Schmidt-Curley open 14th course on China's Hainan Island

The new White Stone Hot Spring Golf Club has opened on Hainan Island in China. The course is the 14th on the island to be desigend by ASGCA members Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley.

ASGCA salutes 100-year-old Past President Larry Packard

American Society of Golf Course Architects (ASGCA) leaders and members are paying tribute this year to ASGCA Past President E. Lawrence (Larry) Packard, who celebrated his 100th birthday in November 2012.
