Porous Pave is a pour-in-place permeable paving material that is highly porous, flexible and resilient. An eco-friendly green building product made in the U.S.A. with recycled rubber, Porous Pave offers superior permeability, exceptional versatility, and demonstrated durability. Many applications are possible including: parking areas, driveways, sidewalks, walkways, cart paths, patios, tree surrounds, pool decks and golf course bunker liners.

Sand Guard Bunker Lining system can be employed offering the following specifications and benefits to golf course architects, builders, course owners and superintendents:
• 2 50 lb bags of rock + 2 50 lb bags of rubber + 2.5 gallons of binder = 96 SF on Sand Guard @ 1" depth.
• 27% void space.
• Drainage rate: 5,700 gallons/hour/SF or an amazing 9,300"/hour
• Installation rate with a crew of 5 trained laborers/crew members can install 5,500 - 7,000 SF/day.
• Weight of 1" x 12" x 12" section of material = about 4.3 lbs
• Less potential damage to cart paths and turf areas during installations since light weight equipment and low material quantities are used for 1” depth liner.
• Simple concrete and landscape tools and equipment needed for installations.
• When PP is used as a cart path overpour or new surface it reduces ball-bounce/skip by 73% as opposed to traditional concrete or asphalt non-pervious pavements.
• Flexible in freeze/thaw cycles and expansive soil conditions due to rubber elasticity.
• Reduces bunker sand contamination by creating a barrier between subsoils within bunker floors and bunker sand.
