The firm of Albanese & Lutzke (Paul Albanese, ASGCA and Chris Lutzke, ASGCA) provides updates to a number of projects based in the U.S. and around the world during a busy first half of 2013.

The Albanese & Lutzke team is working on some exciting projects around the globe, and we are optimistic about the future. The golf industry is taking some smart steps in the right direction. Developers, owners, superintendents and even golfers are ensuring that value is gained from every dollar, euro or yuan spent. That trend works well for us, as “creating more for less” has always been our philosophy.
KESWICK CLUB (Charlottesville, Va.)
Our team is still cruising along at Keswick Club in Virginia, following the design direction of Pete Dye. The crew will be busy there through the rest of the summer.
SANTEE SIOUX GOLF CLUB (Santee, Neb.)
The resort at the Ohiya Resort is doing well and generating future golfers. The golf course has gotten through the bulk of the permitting process, and we will be breaking ground soon.
KENNETT SQUARE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB (Kennett Square, Pa.)
We will be meeting with the club in July to review the final Master Plan revisions, after which the practice area will be redefined and developed to create a better arrangement for the members to improve their games.
ORCHARD HILLS COUNTRY CLUB (Buchanan, Mich.)
In July we will be working with Orchard Hill Country Club to review their golf course, and specifically to address a few holes that are no longer functioning as well as they should. We will also be looking at how to incorporate a new practice area into their facility.
THE GOLF CLUB (New Albany, Ohio)
Our team is headed to The Golf Club in New Albany, Ohio to work with Pete Dye on remodeling one of his most revered courses.
ROYAL RANCHES GOLF CLUB (Marrakech, Morocco)
Royal Ranches Marrakech is still in the works and is slated to break ground in the near future. We are working with the development team on finances and scheduling.
GULFSTREAM GOLF CLUB (Delray Beach, Fla.)
We are in the final few weeks for our team at Gulfstream Golf Club. The golf course is turning out excellent, and the members’ patience will be rewarded with Pete Dye’s vision now a reality.
PHAN THIET GOLF CLUB (Binh Thuan Province, Vietnam)
We are looking forward to breaking ground on the Phan Thiet Golf Club on the coast of Vietnam. With views of the China Sea, this course should prove to be a true destination for Asian golfers.
