GOLF COURSE REMODELING
Over the past 10 years, the Albanese & Lutzke team has been involved in many successful golf course remodeling projects ranging from complete Master Plans, to practice areas, to bunker restoration, to tee placement, to green recontouring, to complete construction management for all 18 holes. Their remodeling portfolio can be found here.

THE PETE DYE COURSE AT FRENCH LICK RESORT
Their construction management team is proud to have worked with Pete Dye on The Pete Dye Course at French Lick Resort which opened in 2009. This course was ranked the Best New Course by both Golf Digest and Golf Magazine in 2009, and is on the Top 100 List for Public Courses by Golf Digest.

SWEETGRASS GOLF CLUB

EAGLE EYE GOLF CLUB
This public course in Michigan is a favorite among golfers in the region. Known for it’s island green on the 17th hole, the course has also been rated the 27th best public course in the country by Golfworld magazine in 2009 and the 4th best in Michigan.

ROSELAND GOLF AND CURLING CLUB
Roseland Golf and Curling Club in Windsor Ontario is one of the only untouched, municipally owned Donald Ross golf courses in North America. The team brought back the Donald Ross bunker style to rave reviews, and a Canadian Tour Event.
