Paul Albanese, ASGCA and Chris Lutzke, ASGCA partners with Albanese & Lutzke, are continuing an active period in the U.S. and beyond. Recent and ongoing projects include new designs, Master Planning, renovation, and short course work.

Some of the firm’s current projects include:

Santee Sioux Golf Club, Niobrara, Neb.
Work has begun on the design development of a new 18-hole golf course for the Santee Sioux Nation. The tribe is constructing a new casino. This golf course will be the centerpiece amenity to this new resort operation. The design will take advantage of some stunning views.

Kennett Square Golf and Country Club, Kennett Square, Pa.
Albanese & Lutzke are refining the Master Plan. The course has an original Donald Ross nine holes and another nine built a few decades later. The goal behind the Master Plan is to keep a consistent feel, look and theme throughout the facility. The Master Plan process will last through the fall and implementation of specific projects will happen in 2013.

Royal Ranches Golf Club, Morocco
Royal Ranches Marrakech (Morocco) is progressing with the design development of the golf course and infrastructure. The project will enable golfers in the Royal Ranches Community to enjoy a sport this country has embraced. With fantastic views of the Atlas Mountains, this golf course design will be something special.

Woodside Golf Course Club, Lansing, Mich.
Albanese & Lutzke has completed three new holes at Woodside Golf Course. The unique facility will have 12 holes, allowing golfers an opportunity to play 6 holes at a time. This type of alternative, non-traditional facility in lockstep with initiatives by the PGA and ASGCA to create facilities that will grow the game.
