Ball State University recently recognized Tim Liddy, ASGCA, with its Distinguished Alumnus Award from the College of Architecture and Planning. Liddy accepted the award at the school’s Muncie, Ind., campus.

The award is presented to, “selected alumni with 15 years or more of professional experience who have achieved positions of influence and national or international reputations in their fields.”

Liddy meets all of these criteria and more thanks to his work first with ASGCA Past President Pete Dye on courses in the United States and around the world, as well as his continued success with Timothy Liddy/Associates, Inc., which formed in 1993.

Besides a long list of quality courses, including Top 100 rankings for designs in North America, Scotland and Israel, Liddy prides himself on the relationships built with clients over the years.

“Client relationships are the foundation of good design,” he said. “Our number one goal is to provide the highest level of service to our clients and answer the particular needs of each project. The projects we are asked to address are challenging and complex, which demands that we assure open, trusting dialogue with our clients.”
