A recent article from Golf Course Architecture states that John Fought, ASGCA has been contracted to design an 18-hole course adjacent to the Columbia Gorge Regional Airport, on the border between Oregon and Washington state.
The project, a public course named Sundoon, has been under consideration for 15 years and will be built on a pure sand site with natural dune formations.
