In a recent article from Golf Inc. Magazine, Jeff Myers is noted for the master plan he created for three Florida golf courses that were recently renovated.
Due to a freeway expansion project spearheaded by the Florida Department of Transportation, it was necessary to create 50 acres for drainage. Myers developed a plan to enlarge the lakes on the three courses making them capable of handling the overflow water when it rains. Myers indicated that he enlarged the lakes primarily within the first 40 yards of a tee box.
