Mike Dasher, ASCGA, appeared on The Golf Channels “Golf Central” program April 23 to discuss the ASGCA Annual Meeting in Reynolds Plantation, Ga., and the environmental work that was so important to his rennovation efforts on Dubsdread Golf Course in Orlando, Fla.

Dasher ducked away from the 67th ASGCA Annual Meeting to discuss with Golf Channel viewers the educational benefits he and his follow ASGCA members receive by spending several days together, discussing the latest and most innovative aspects of design, and the golf and business worlds.

Included in each meeting is a discussion of the environmental impact of a designer’s work. For Dasher, that included mention of his participation in the renovation of the 80+-year-old municipal facility in central Florida, and the value of a strong irrigation plan.
