The recent Irish Open at K Club provided Golf Channel’s “Morning Drive” with the chance to speak with golf course architect Harrison Minchew, ASGCA of Harrison Minchew Golf Course Architecture.

Minchew spoke of his experience designing K Club, and the nearly 30 years he spent working with Arnold Palmer, ASGCA Fellow. His memories with “The King” include an encounter where Palmer was mistaken for trying to bribe his way into a Ryder Cup clubhouse.
