The 2014 PGA TOUR China Series’ 12th and final event of the season will be held Nov. 24-30 on the Dye Championship Course at CTS Tycoon Golf Club in Shenzhen, China. The course was designed by ASGCA Past President Pete Dye and Cynthia Dye, ASGCA.

The PGA TOUR China Series is one of the developmental tours, including Canada and Latin America, initiated by the PGA TOUR to encourage growth and advancement for professional golfers. The event will finalize the 2014 season Order of Merit identifying the list of players with the highest gross earnings. Entry to various stages of the Web.com Q-School will be granted to the Top-25 money earners. The Order of Merit’s Top-5 leaders will be given conditional playing rights on the 2015 Web.com Tour with the top player being awarded a fully exempt tour card.

The Dye Course at CTS Tycoon Golf Club opened for play in 2010. “We are very proud that our client, China Travel Services (CTS), is presenting this years inaugural Tour Championship,” said Cynthia Dye. “Moving on to the Web.com Tour will allow a handful of Asia based players to prove themselves at the next level.”
