The Spring 2011 edition of “By Design” magazine, an electronic magazine focusing on the development of better and more sustainable golf facilities, is now available for viewing.
The cover story of this issue focuses on some of the alternative golf facilities designed or renovated by ASGCA members which are chaning the nature of golf, providing new, quicker ways for people to experience the game while maintaining the challenges and fun the game is known for.
The issue also feature articles on the redesign of Pinehurst; examples of environment-inspired redesigns by ASGCA members; and Closing Thoughts from noted author and 2011 Donald Ross Award winner James Dodson.
