Ground has been broken on a new 18-hole golf course at Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch in Southwest Florida, a design from Chris Wilcynski, ASGCA. Construction is expected to be completed in spring 2020.
The Business Observer reports:
“We are excited to work with Chris again as he understands the vision of our Esplanade brand and helps us develop a golf course that complements its signature lifestyle,” says Cammie Longenecker, division president of Taylor Morrison Southwest Florida, in the statement.
Residents at Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch will have access to the private 18-hole golf course as well as planned resort amenities, including a wellness center, culinary center, resort-style pool, sports courts, fitness center, fire pits and a full-time lifestyle manager.
In addition to the Esplanade neighborhood, the Azario Lakewood Ranch community will also include Park East at Azario, a single-family home neighborhood with dedicated planned amenities.
